SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with The Wig Plug! Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order delivered safely and on time.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Once dispatched, nationwide delivery across South Africa takes 3–5 business days.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, December) delivery times may be slightly longer.

• Orders over R500 - FREE shipping nationwide

• Orders under R500 - flat rate of R99

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, and surrounding areas.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. The Wig Plug is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• If your parcel is delayed beyond 5 business days please contact us at jehaan.toffa@gmail.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
