REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges - The Wig Plug

At The Wig Plug, we take great care to ensure every wig meets our quality standards before it leaves us. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

We Do Not Offer Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not offer cash refunds on any orders. All sales are final.

Exchanges
We will gladly offer an exchange in the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item
Your item arrived damaged or defective

To qualify for an exchange:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
The wig must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
The lace must be uncut - wigs with cut lace do not qualify for an exchange under any circumstances
Proof of purchase must be provided

How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at jehaan.toffa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item received.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as The Wig Plug is not responsible for parcels lost in transit on return.

Please Note

Exchanges are not available for change of mind, incorrect size selected, or colour variation due to screen display differences
Wigs with cut lace will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances
